Merrimack Valley CEDS Plan Approved by U.S. EDA

We are proud to announce that the Merrimack Valley Comprehensive Economic Development Strategy has been approved by the U.S. Department of Commerce, Economic Development Administration! This strategy embraces resilience and equity to create a prosperous economy in the Merrimack Valley. The Merrimack Valley Planning Commission spent 13 months engaging over 100 stakeholders to plan around four primary themes: City/Town Centers, Manufacturing, Natural and Cultural Resources and Transportation. Thank you to everyone who helped make this plan possible! We look forward to switching gears to work with our stakeholders to implement this strategy over the next five years.
